Ben Mendelsohn is an Australian actor who rose to prominence after starring in the drama film “The Year My Voice Broke” in Australia. However, it was his outstanding performance in the crime drama ‘Animal Kingdom,’ which put him on the map and garnered him international acclaim and respect more than two decades later. Mendelsohn played King Georg in a supporting role. Ben Mendelsohn married Emma Forrest, a British author-turned-director, in June 2012. The pair has a daughter together. In 2016, the couple divorced due to irreconcilable differences. Mendelsohn is also the father of a second daughter from a previous marriage. He now resides in Los Angeles.
